Letitia Wright
Physical Appearance:
Tiffany Al'Iyamat is a normal looking human, with high cheekbones and a warm, welcoming smile. She has a swarthy complexion and dark blue eyes, and her curvy, voluptuous frame is complimented by taut, toned muscles. She wears her black hair in long dreads, either splayed out or bound into a high ponytail. In dress, she prefers dresses and gowns, preferably in black or navy blue, with gold jewelry and accessories. She is remarkably short, at 4'9, though can still project a commanding presence through tone and posture.
In her true form, Tiamat stands 5'6 and her true beauty is revealed for all to see. Her skin is covered with hard, sandy-beige scales, and her dreadlock hair is a wreath of viper heads like the gorgons of legend. Her eyes become larger, entirely a deep blue with black-pit irises, new, white pupils forming. Her new face has no nose, with two nostril slits and a number of heat-sensing pits in its place. On top of this, her mouth widens, the corners running far under her cheeks. Each finger ends in a claw, and her feet change from five toed human tootsies to more bestial, three toed, opposable talons. On top of this, Tiamat grows a five foot long tail from the base of her spine, covered in scales like the rest of her. Interestingly, despite now appearing reptilian in nature, Tiamat still has a pretty nice rack.
Special Abilities:
Human Disguise: Tiamat conceals her true form, hiding herself within a human body. While she cannot access any of her abilities as a human, she cannot be detected as what she truly is. Changing from "Tiff" to Tiamat is remarkably fast, but it takes a full hour for her to conceal herself behind her human disguise once more.
Benevodon: Before the world was truly formed, incarnations of destruction led mankind down the path to ruin. Wielding the holy sword, the Goddess of Mana sealed these incarnations away and brought order to the earth. As a Benevodon, Tiamat possesses considerable power, though she can only truly access it in her true form, as listed below.
Mana sense: An innate sense of magical energies, be they within a vessel or released into the world. This is something equatable to scent or spatial awareness, and is the only ability that Tiamat can access as Tiffany.
Consume: Within each of her palms is a small, secondary mouth equipped with a radula, sort of like a flexible sheet of teeth. While this means that she can bite whatever she grabs, her powers extend beyond this. Tiamat is capable of creating "nets" of fibrous filaments from between her scales. These nets quickly break down whatever they come into contact with, dissolving away and bringing the broken down materials to Tiamat as energy she can use.
Regeneration: materials consumed by Tiamat are normally kept as raw energy in reserve within her body. This energy can be used to mend any wounds inflicted on her, though with finite reserves she must be careful not to rely on her regeneration.
Energy Wave: that raw energy can be put to more direct use, released from her mouths as a destructive beam. That is, from her main mouth on her face, the secondary mouths on her hands, and even the little mouths on her snake hair.
Reincarnation: A Benevodon is a universal constant, but it doesn't mean it's constantly there. If her body is destroyed, if Tiamat is killed, the Mana of her body disperses and may take a new form in the future. Benevodons tend towards chaos, and this new form will inevitably trend towards destructive tendencies, but it may take years for a new Benevodon to form from the remnants of Tiamat. Nevertheless, she will reincarnate upon death.
Strengths:
-A patient, calculating predator
-Physically superior to most humans with incredible strength and speed
-Somehow still looks really hot when in her Benevodon form
Weaknesses:
-Bound by the natural order, will submit to a superior being
-Her nature and abilities make her overconfident and condescending
-Is as frail and feeble as a human while disguised as one
Weapons:
Serpent: a living weapon formed from Tiamat's Mana. Serpent is a golden viper normally coiled around Tiamat's body in her Benevodon form, but it is capable of moving according to her will, growing as hard and rigid as steel, or striking her foes with its fangs. Due to being part of her, Serpent's bite has the properties of her Consume ability, and she can both Consume it herself to regain energy or create new Serpents using those energy reserves.
History:
Another world, untold ages ago, the forces of creation roiled and churned violently as they took form. To a certain extent, they imposed order on themselves. From this order sprang the Benevodons. Eight mighty god-beasts, prime representatives of the forces which governed this world, and all manner of lesser children of theirs sprang into being. As the world developed, the Benevodons rampaged and frolicked through the land, spreading ruin and chaos in their wake. From the most primeval, most pure of forces, from Mana itself, sprung the Goddess. With her holy sword she did battle with the Benevodons, and she smote them all and laid them asunder.
Yet, as forces of creation, tied to the very fabric of the world, the Benevodons would not lay dead. They returned to Mana, much as the Goddess would were it possible to slay her, and they reincarnated in new forms but but the same nature. With her powers, the Goddess sealed away the eight benevodons in eight sacred stones, and for each element the Goddess created an elemental to govern its place in the world. The Mana Goddess sent the lesser Benevodons into exile, sealing them away in a dark realm removed from the world, a prison within Mana itself.
However, the tampering of mortals is not to be underestimated, and in another time, another world, a fool looked where they should not. A crack was formed in the prison, in this world removed from the world, and a Benevodon leaked from their confinement into this strange new land. Her entrance to the world was devastating, resembling a meteor strike and scarring the lands. However, her body reformed quickly, being the only source of Mana in this world. As she reformed, she reincarnated as a piece of this world. Her past connection to Mana was distorted, and her form lessened, but she was able to hide among the beings of this world, taking on a new name and a new identity, but fully aware of what she was, and what she represented...
